Products you need:

  • 1 head of red beet
  • 1 yellow and 1 green apple
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 stalks of celery without leaves
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 stalk of fresh mint leaves

Preparation: Wash and cut all the products into pieces, then blend them. Consume or refrigerate in a glass bottle.

It has proven antioxidant properties, and in combination with cinnamon and ginger, the drink has an even more potent detox effect. In addition, regular, preventative consumption of this recipe may reduce the risk of infections of different nature.

Turmeric, cinnamon and ginger - this trio has an exceptional anti-inflammatory effect! The drink stimulates cardiovascular activity, the digestive system, as well as the balance of blood sugar.

The products you need:

  • 120 ml cow's milk or nut milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder / or 1 cm slice grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp honey

Preparation: Mix all the ingredients in a metal pan and place on the hotplate until the liquid boils. After boiling, reduce the heat and allow to simmer, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes, until the spices release their aroma. Once removed from the stove, strain the finished beverage through a strainer and serve until warm, sprinkling cinnamon if desired.

You can make more of this drink and store it in the fridge for up to 5 days. It is good to warm the liquid before consumption. In fact, the drink is a great alternative to caffeine.
