Today I will offer you a healthy and easy recipe for smoothie with chia and red fruits that will provide you with a great start of the day. It will not only fill you with energy, but also provide you with any vitamins and minerals, which in turn will make your body work better.

Necessary products

2 tablespoons Chia seeds

1 hrs. water

450 g strawberries, blackberries and raspberries (fresh or frozen)

1 mature banana, peeled and chopped

2 tablespoons copper

Method of preparation:

In the pan, soak the chia seed in the water and let it stand in the fridge for the whole night. Mix the remaining ingredients with a blender and blend them until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Add soaked chia seeds that have taken most of the water and formed a jelly-like meal. Pass again until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
