Homemade crackers

If you are fond of home cookies, chickens, or other similar pasta snacks, this suggestion will appeal to you. Crackers are high in fibre and will feel better for longer, which in turn will limit you to just one serving. To be healthy and dietetic, avoid those who have added sugar or dried fruit. Here's a great recipe:

Ingredients:
  • 1 teacup of whole grain spelled flour
  • 1/2 teacup of sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 7 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 tbsp water
  • 1 teaspoon lard or rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry granulated garlic
Preparation:

Put all the dry ingredients in a deep bowl and add the olive oil to it. Then, add the spoonful of water and stir again vigorously to obtain a dough that can be mixed. It is rolled over baking paper, the thickness must be 4 mm, then cut into sticks. Finally, put it carefully in a pan and sprinkle with spices. Leave it in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes, baking 180 degrees.
In minutes, you'll have great home crackers - healthy and dietetics.

Olive Homemade Sticks

With this recipe, you can quickly and easily prepare crunchy whole grains with olives and a mix of seeds. In less than half an hour you can enjoy incredible, crispy sticks that will satiate you until the next meal.

Ingredients:
  • 100 g of wholemeal flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
  • 10 olives
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Rice, sesame, or other seasonings as desired
  • (Optional) seed for sprinkling
Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients without the seeds that are to be sprinkled and blend them until a smooth mixture is obtained. Place it in pastry, then apply the desired length and thickness to baking paper. Sprinkle with the seeds you chose and let them bake 180 degrees with a fan for 10 minutes. Then remove and let cool.
If you love more crispy sticks, cut them into thinner strips and leave them in the oven for two minutes longer than the specified time. And if you like them softer, the dough is poured into thicker wicks and bake for exactly ten minutes, so their inner part will remain juicy and soft, and the crust outside - crunchy, with a pleasant tan.

Whole-grain Pretzels

They are also a great suggestion for an interim snack that will satiate you and charge you with energy. They are also a source of fibre and low in fat. They are prepared quickly and easily and have incredible taste.

Ingredients:
  • 2 teacup of full-fat flour
  • ½ teacup of oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
  • 1 litre of Himalayan salt
  • 2 pinch of savory / oregano
  • 3 teaspoon the charlan
  • 1 teacup of water
  • Sesame for sprinkling
Preparation:

Wholegrain flour, nuts, bread soda, savory and water mix. While we mix the dough, add the charm to make it more elastic. In a tray covered with charm, the dough was spread evenly. Sprinkle it with sesame and lightly press it with a hand. Then we cut the dough into small squares (4 cm x 4 cm). The pretzels are bled 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. If you want to make them smoother, put them out of the oven in a lid box, and if you want to make them crispy, let them cool down and then store them for storage.

Spicy pretzels with dried tomatoes

You will love these pretzels only after the first bite because the combination of dried tomatoes with aromatic spices is a delight for the senses. Try them without remorse for your figure because they are healthy and dietetics.

  • 150 ml of milk
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tbsp basil
  • ½ tbsp spoonful

Preparation:

The first step in the recipe is breaking the liquid ingredients. In a bowl, mix the milk and eggs that should be at room temperature. Add the olive oil to them and mix all the ingredients well. Then take care of the dry ingredients - mix the flour, dried tomatoes powder, baking powder, basil and oregano and add them to the resulting liquid mixture.
Finally, add the salt and again stir until the dough is obtained. On a gleaming surface, the dough is mixed and rolled. Then carefully transfer it to a baking tray. Cut the solenoids into sticks and bake for about 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200˚C.
