7 Steps to Success

These are just several simple steps or at least general guidance to anyone who wants to change their eating habits, thus expressing self-respect and striving for change in a better direction.

  1. Step: Throw away all unhealthy processed foods from your home.
  2. Step: Stock up your fridge and all available bowls with quality fruits and vegetables.
  3. Step: Start your day with a light cardio workout or a walk, instead of a greasy pastry with margarine and cheese.
  4. Step: Use every occasion, no matter how small, to move. Move as much as you can, putting positive thought and energy into that.
  5. Step: Start your lunch with a fresh salad and whole-grain rusks, curd, turkey fillet, wild fish or pulses. Do not overeat!
  6. Step: Take into account every result, no matter how small it is. This too will motivate you to achieve even greater results.
  7. Step: Dine lightly and sleep enough! Good food, sufficient movement and healthy sleep! This is the triad for a truly healthy life with lasting results!
