Everyone has a moment in their life when they look in the mirror and they don't see themselves. The reflection in the mirror is some shape of theirs, but this is not really them. This is exactly how I felt before I began working out with Denis.
In the beginning, it was difficult and there were times when I debated whether to just give up, but now, looking back I am proud with myself and with the fact that I did not give up. Every beginning is difficult, but when you see the results afterwards you feel incredible. I thank Denis for being always there for me throughout this journey of mine.
