I've been working out with Denis Atanasov for more than two years now. He's been tracking my results daily and keeps motivating me. He charges me with optimism and the desire to achieve even better results. At first everyone thinks that good shape and a toned body are hard goals, but thanks to Denis this isn't so. Workouts with him are diverse and exciting. Using his knowledge about eating and the nutrition plan he prepared for me, I dropped over 10 kg of weight and gained pure muscle mass.
