Persistence, willpower and desire can get you anywhere - Veselina Vasileva

At our first workout, almost everything was new and extremely hard for Veselina, but she'd accept it with a smile and a lot of drive. Squats were extremely difficult to her even using bodyweight only, while current results speak for themselves. After 10 months of training, Veselina is driven by her increasing athleticism and is finding new goals in the area of personal health and physical culture.

The result so far is: 40 kilograms down, increased strength, full body mobility, weight dropped without starvation, more energy throughout the day, waist pain gone. This was achieved with two workouts per week and proper eating 90% of the time.
