How does an individual food regimen help me?
It is important not to confuse keeping a food regimen with a drastic diet.
Diets limit your calorie intake for a short time; you usually don’t feel well while you’re following it; you put your health at risk and the result is questionable.
The individual food regimen is consistent with your lifestyle, current physical condition and the goal you wish to achieve. Regimens also regulate calories, but are formulated to get the right carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals for your body. By maintaining a food regimen, you

When will I see the results from my efforts?
Every person is unique so there’s no accurate answer to this question. What I guarantee you is that:
- in the first two weeks, your skin will begin to clear and you’ll slowly shed weight as long as you adhere to your regimen;
- you’ll lose weight faster and you’ll look better – with a tight and sculptured body – if you stay true to your regimen and practice moderate physical activity. I recommend a series of exercises.

How is a workout plan going to help me?
Weight loss without training is a disappointing process with poor results. Even if you succeed, your body will be out of shape and that’s not a satisfying view.
Truth is that you can reduce your measurements and look great without having to lose weight or without having to drastically change sizes. It’s enough to perform the right exercises. How so? The explanation is simple – your muscles become stronger, your becomes leaner and acquires the desired silhouette. When will I see the results from my efforts?
When you start exercising and keeping the right food regimen, the first visible results will come quickly. (Nobody can give a precise answer to this question. Everyone keeps their own pace.)
Initial successes are far from achieving your ultimate goal. That requires persistence and perseverance. It’s normal to experience highs and lows working out. In our online check-ups we’ll touch upon this and also adjust your workout plan, if it’s necessary. The important thing is to stay motivated and work towards feeling better in your skin after every session.
