Loreta Dimitrova has been working out with me since the beginning of June 2017. Firmly determined to change her appearance and ready to make the necessary changes in that direction, Loreta has been strictly following her workout and nutrition plan. The result of that is two months of hard work and 14 kg of body fat down.
What goals are you after?
Loreta: Above all, to feel good in my body - and then everything else. Fortunately, things are related and when you train properly, they come one after another - good health brings visual improvements too. The most important thing to me is to move in the right direction.
