Products for 4 servings:

1/2 kg. yoghurt

4 tablespoons seeds of chia

300 grams of raspberries

4 tablespoons oat flakes

8 tablespoons honey

Recipe:

Soak the seeds of which (4 tablespoons) into the yogurt (1/2 kg) and let them absorb the liquid and swell (can be mixed with the yogurt and left overnight in the refrigerator).

Then the raspberry jam is prepared, and the fresh raspberries (300 g) are placed in a small pot with honey (8 tablespoons) and mixed until a thick mixture is obtained. Several fresh raspberries are left for decoration.

In dessert bowls or glass jars alternate a row of yoghurt, a row of raspberry jam (repeat until they are filled). Sprinkle with oatmeal (4 tablespoons) and decorate with fresh raspberries.
