Ingredients:
  • 250 g chopped yoghurt
  • 80 ml of orange juice
  • 60 g of honey
  • 1 pack of vanilla
  • 200 g raspberries
Preparation:

Mix the powdered milk with orange juice and add honey and vanilla. Stir vigorously and add the raspberries. Pour into ice cream moulds and leave for 10 minutes in the freezer, then place lollipops on them. They are removed from the formula immediately before consumption. After two hours you can enjoy them!

Peach - raspberry lollipops

Preparation:

All ingredients without raspberries are broken down into a blender to obtain a homogeneous mixture. After receiving, take the formulas and place in each of the raspberries, then pour them with the resulting mixture. Preparation:

Cut the strawberries and cherries finely, pour them with honey and let them stay in the freezer for an hour. Then take half of the fruit and paste it by adding the lemon juice and mint leaves. Pour them into ice cream moulds and freeze them for at least 2 hours. Then mix the rest of the fruit with yoghurt and place this mixture on the already frozen fruit puree. Finally, put a stick and put it back in the freezer for another two hours.

With a melon flavour

  • 4 pieces of melon
  • Squeezed 1 orange juice
  • ½ squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 leaves of mint
Preparation:

Chop the melon and add freshly squeezed orange juice to it. This mixture is distributed in ice molds, it is important to fill them up to half. A ice cream stick is placed in the middle of each mold, then placed in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Then paste two more pieces of melon by adding lemon juice and two mint leaves to them.
Then remove the trays from the freezer with the first mixture and place them on the new one. After two hours you will have ice lollipops that will refresh you and conquer your aroma in summer.

  • 2 hr cups of blueberries
  • 1 hr cup of yoghurt
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons of home-made honey
Preparation:

Cut the banana into small circles, add blueberries to them and leave them in the freezer for at least two hours. Then paste the fruit along with two tea glasses of yoghurt and add 2 or 3 spoons of honey, depending on how sweet you want the ice lollipop to be. The resulting mixture was dispensed into moulds and left in the freezer for 10 minutes. Remove them and put ice-creams on them. Then they are again left in the freezer for at least 4 hours. If you encounter a difficulty in removing the lollipops, dip briefly and briefly the lower part of the mould in warm water.
